A one-way solenoid valve is suitable for liquid media of small diameter and low pressure; its structure is open, requires no pressure, and can operate at zero pressure. To extend its life, it can be installed with the lateral direction of the pipeline facing upward. It has the advantages of small size, large flow, and fast response speed, and is suitable for occasions requiring frequent switching and rapid closing.
When the one-way solenoid valve starts, the magnet coil generates a magnetic force that lifts the seal from the valve seat and opens the valve; when the power is cut off, the force of the magnetic field disappears, and the torsion spring presses the sealing ring onto the valve seat, closing the valve. A representative product of this is the stove one-way solenoid valve, which has fairly obvious characteristics.
Normally closed one-way solenoid valve: when starting, the magnet coil generates sufficient magnetic force to move the moving elements (valve seat, valve core, seal) away from the valve seat and open the valve; when the power is turned off, the spring force pushes the moving parts onto the valve seat and the valve closes.
Normally open direct-acting solenoid valve: the working direction is opposite to the normal closing mode.
Installation points of the one-way solenoid valve:
1. Before installation and construction of the ultra-high-pressure one-way solenoid valve, please refer to this product's instruction manual to see whether it meets your usage requirements.
2. The pipeline should be rinsed clean before use; when the material is not clean, a filter screen should be installed to prevent dirt from affecting the normal operation of the valve.
3. For a solenoid valve that has been out of use for a long time, condensation should be removed in time after it forms; when disassembling, arrange the various parts in order and then reassemble.
4. Solenoid valves usually operate in one direction and must not be installed in reverse; the arrow on the valve indicates the flow direction of the liquid in the pipeline and must be kept consistent.
5. When the solar one-way solenoid valve restarts below freezing, it should be heated, or insulation measures should be provided.
6. The solenoid valve is installed horizontally on a common valve body, with the coil vertically upward; some products can be installed in any orientation, but where conditions permit, vertical installation extends the service life.
7. After connecting the magnet winding wires (connector), make sure they are secure, and the contact parts of the connected electrical components must not shake; if they come loose, the solenoid valve will fail. During continuous operation, a bypass should be selected to facilitate maintenance without affecting production.
