Various problems are often encountered when assembling a one-way solenoid valve. At this time, everyone needs to check and modify it in all respects, and these common problems are actually caused by incorrect use during installation. Mastering the correct precautions is of great help in avoiding problems.
1. Before construction, please refer to the instruction manual to see whether the use requirements are met; if the model and brand are different, communicate promptly and return it to the factory. If you purchased an ordinary solenoid valve but an air-pressure one-way solenoid valve was shipped, then communicate with the manufacturer promptly to exchange it.
2. Before using the pipeline, the pipeline must first be cleaned, and a filter should be installed on unclean materials to prevent the valve from clogging.
3. For a solenoid valve that has been shut down for a long time, clean and cool it before use; a solenoid valve such as an air-conditioning solenoid valve is extremely prone to dust accumulation or damage. When disassembling, arrange the parts in order, and then reassemble.
4. A solenoid valve generally operates in one direction and cannot be installed upside down. There is an arrow at the top of the valve, indicating the flow speed of the fluid in the pipeline.
5. When shut down, the solenoid valve must be heated or provided with heat insulation measures, unless it is a product such as a high-temperature normally open solenoid valve.
6. A solenoid valve is generally installed on an oil circuit board with the solenoid coil facing vertically upward; some products can be assembled at will, but where conditions permit, the vertical method is recommended to improve the service life. In addition, for some special ones such as a solenoid valve manifold, its particularity still needs attention during assembly.
7. After connecting the magnet winding wire (RF connector), check whether the connection part is loose; if loose, it will cause the piston-type normally open solenoid valve to fail. To ensure continuous production, a bypass should be selected to facilitate maintenance without affecting production.
Before using a one-way solenoid valve, first understand the use environment and then make the purchase, because there are seven major issues in the assembly of a one-way solenoid valve, so installers should be especially careful to avoid accidents.
