What Matters Need Attention When Installing a Stainless Steel One-Way Solenoid Valve

When using a stainless steel one-way solenoid valve, you should also pay attention to the installation of the one-way solenoid valve and consider the temperature and working pressure of the office premises. For products wholesaled as stainless steel high-pressure valves, their repair and maintenance during normal use are very important in daily work.

(1) Before installation, please read the instruction manual carefully to ensure the product meets the actual safety standards. If you are using a stainless steel 2-way 2-position solenoid valve, it is recommended that the application company arrange an employee to handle program maintenance.

(2) Before installation, thoroughly clean the pipeline and auxiliary equipment to quickly remove metal materials, residual tape, rust, and so on. If it cannot be cleaned, install a filter in front of the valve.

(3) During installation, avoid the accumulation of condensed water and residue inside the valve, and note not to set the valve at the lowest point, otherwise it will cause a safety accident.

(4) To ensure normal operation, check whether what you purchased is the domestic auto carbon steel one-way solenoid valve you need. After installation is completed, it must be tested many times before it is officially put into operation.

(5) During operation, pay attention to the pressure at the front, back, left, and right of the valve and do not exceed the rated pressure. Under a lower working pressure, the working pressure in the pipeline should be greater than the minimum pressure, to prevent the position failure of the vacuum solenoid valve. When the pressure is higher than horizontal or above horizontal, close or reduce the system pressure.

(6) In daily use, clean up the waste inside the one-way valve in time. Such as: the screw cap, the valve plug, the transformer core, the transformer core, the transformer core, the transformer core, and so on. Attention should be paid to preventing damage to the oil-press one-way solenoid valve.

(7) A one-way solenoid valve is a heat-conducting oil with a high temperature. When it is removed from the pipeline, the inside of the valve body must first be cleaned, and then squeezed and dried with air. When disassembling, each part must be placed in order, and then reassembled.

(8) Every time a one-way solenoid valve is opened, the steam and so on in the steam must first be cleaned up, and then tested many times until the state is stable before it can be put into use. If the vacuum solenoid valve with high-temperature heat-conducting oil is not used for a long time, all the front, back, left, and right valves should be closed.
