Explanation of the Features of a New Type of Normally Open Solenoid Valve

We know that many gate valves fall into two major categories: manual and electric. The shortcoming of a manual valve is that it must rely on human resources to operate the switch manually; it is not only inconvenient to operate, but also cannot be automated or operated remotely, whereas an electric valve solves the above-mentioned problems particularly well.

Electric valves are mostly driven by magnetic field force, with a magnet coil installed inside the valve body; after being powered, the floor scrubber inlet solenoid valve uses the magnetism of the magnet coil to attract a prefabricated member that also has magnetism, causing movement and displacement, thereby completing the opening or closing of the gate valve. The shortcoming of this household water-use normally open solenoid valve is that, because the electric part is arranged inside the valve body, it can easily cause sparks or short circuits; when the gate valve is used in places such as natural gas pipelines, there is a safety hazard. In addition, because of its structural difference from a manual valve, the two lack interchangeability between parts, which also causes inconvenience to the manufacturing and maintenance of stainless steel anti-corrosion solenoid valves.

Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, a new type of electric valve with higher safety, practicability, and ease of manufacturing and maintenance has been developed.

The new electric valve consists of a valve body, a motor, a valve seat, a control system, a reducer, and a reducer output shaft. Its feature lies in that the motor is located outside the valve body and is equipped with a control system and a reducer; the reducer is equipped with a reducer output shaft, and the reducer is connected to the valve seat via the reducer output shaft, and the valve seat of the direct-acting solenoid valve manufacturer extends from the top of the valve body into the valve body.

Because the valve body of the new electric valve is not electrified, no sparks or short circuits will occur in the internal structure of the 3-position 5-way normally open solenoid valve, so it has good safety in many places. Moreover, because the insulation resistance and sealing of the motor itself insulate the motor from the current and sparks between the valve body, even if unexpected situations such as sparks and leakage occur in the motor, it will not harm the internal structure of the 2WB normally closed solenoid valve body.
