Faults and troubleshooting methods of one-way solenoid valves
1. Low operating resistance
Causes: soot short-circuit, bag breakage, main fan pressure test equipment, or a problem with the ammeter.
Cleaning method: at this time, an increase in the concentration of the discharge can be seen; the welding must be inspected and repaired, the filter checked and replaced, and the fan ammeter replaced or repaired.
2. Large operating resistance
Causes: caked bags solidifying, a faulty or damaged pulse valve, compressed air pressure too low, the seal of the deep-submerged pulse valve loose, or one or several lift valves in the closed state.
Troubleshooting method: block the ventilation, raise the flue temperature, improve ventilation; the pipeline supplied by the one-way solenoid valve needs good dust collector and pipeline insulation; repair or replace the water pulse valve; inspect the gas pipeline and air compressor; inspect the lift valve and the ash remover.
3. Water pulse valve failure
Causes: a problem with the power supply or the dust removal machine; foreign matter inside the pulse valve, often causing gas leakage; the directly connected solenoid valve coil burned out; air pressure too low.
Cleaning method: repair the dust removal machine, and note to close the pulse valve; replace the pulse coil; inspect the gas system and the compressor.
4. Repair or replacement of the filter: during its service life, the filter usually gradually deteriorates, mainly due to soot damage and the degradation of the filter material caused by high temperature and high humidity. If the filter bag is damaged, it cannot be used, otherwise it will affect the dust removal efficiency; after replacing the filter bag, the cylinder 5-position one-way solenoid valve, according to the adjustment in item 4, increases the resistance between the new and old filter bags.
5. Lift valve failure
Causes: a problem with the power supply or the ash removal device; the cylinder of the ultra-high-pressure one-way solenoid valve is damaged or stuck; the solenoid directional valve coil of the cylinder is burned out; the cylinder solenoid valve is dirty, the exhaust port is blocked, or the valve core is dry and cannot move; the compressed air pressure is too low.
Cleaning method: inspect the power supply or maintain the dust removal frame; carefully check, clean, and repair the cylinder; replace the coil of the solenoid directional valve; inspect the gas pipeline system and the compressor.
