One-way solenoid valves are widely used in industrial production, usually installed in the area of pipeline pumps to prevent a sudden increase in pressure inside the pipeline pump from causing the liquid raw material in the pipeline to flow back.
Piston-type normally open solenoid valves are classified according to their working principle. One-way electric valves made on each working principle have their own advantages and disadvantages and are used in different industrial productions.
Generally, a one-way solenoid valve supplier provides four kinds of check valves: 1. Torsion spring check valve; 2. Gravity check valve; 3. Swing-type pressure valve; 4. Diaphragm-type pressure valve.
1. Torsion spring check valve. The working principle of the spring-type pressure valve is to use the upward pressure of the torsion spring to open the gate valve, preventing the liquid in the pipeline from flowing back.
2. Gravity check valve. The working principle of the gravity check valve is to regulate the pipeline pressure according to the dead weight of the gate valve itself. When the pressure is relatively high, the gate valve automatically drops and closes. When the pressure is relatively low, the gate valve automatically returns.
3. Swing-type pressure valve. The swing-type pressure valve opens the gate valve through the flow of liquid in the pipeline.
If the liquid pressure exceeds the pressure set by the pressure valve, it will be opened and closed at the top by the flowing liquid. When the pressure decreases, the gate valve automatically returns to its original position.
4. Diaphragm pressure valve. Diaphragm pressure valves are usually made of plastic. The high-temperature normally open solenoid valve works on the same principle as a water turbine. When the liquid flows, it can remove the reverse pressure and open or close the liquid backflow of the pipeline.
The role of the one-way pressure valve is to control the backflow of liquid in the pipeline during industrial production, especially for some oily liquids, so as to avoid production safety issues. When using a check valve, it must be consistent with the flow direction of the liquid and installed in the required area. For the normal operation of the pump, it should be installed at the bottom of the pump.
