1. Before construction

2. During installation

If it is at a low-lying part of the pipeline, condensed water, sediment, and so on will move inside the valve, thereby affecting operation. For a high-pressure 2-way 2-position solenoid valve, if the pipeline rigidity is insufficient during installation, a support frame can also be used to fix the high-pressure solenoid valve so that the pipeline does not move up, down, left, or right, ensuring the stability of the mechanical equipment during operation.

3. After installation is completed

A solenoid valve must work in a clean natural environment, so after installation is completed, everyone must fully clean the pipeline, remove residual rubber seals, and install a filter in front of the solenoid valve to prevent sediment from flowing into the valve. In addition, clean the filter system in time.
