Fault manifestations of solenoid valve damage:
1. Loss of power: When the solenoid valve terminals are loose or the wires are broken, the solenoid valve cannot be powered; tighten the wire terminals.
2. Solenoid coil burnout: When the solenoid coil burns out, it can be disconnected and tested with a multimeter; if open, the coil is burned out. Moisture in the coil leads to poor insulation and magnetic leakage, causing excessive internal current and burnout; rainwater entering the solenoid should be avoided. In addition, causes such as a too-stiff spring, excessive counterforce, too few coil turns, and insufficient suction will all cause coil burnout. In an emergency, during normal operation, the manual button on the coil can be switched from the "0" position to the "1" position to open the valve.
3. Solenoid sticking: The meshing clearance between the solenoid spool sleeve and the valve core is extremely small (below 0.008 mm); usually assembled as a single piece. If mechanical impurities enter or there is insufficient lubricating oil, sticking easily occurs.
Solution: Insert a thin wire into the small hole at the head to pop it up. The fundamental solution is to disassemble the solenoid, clean the valve core and valve core sleeve with CCl4, so that the valve core of air-conditioning solenoid valves can move flexibly within the sleeve. During disassembly, pay attention to the assembly order of each part and the position of the external wiring for reassembly and reconnection, and at the same time check whether the oil injection port is blocked and that lubrication is sufficient.
4. Air leakage: Air leakage from the overspeed single-direction solenoid valve causes insufficient air pressure, making it difficult to open the forced valve, because the seal gasket is damaged or the valve core is worn, leading to cavity air leakage.
Solution: When the solenoid valve in the switching system fails, it should be handled within an appropriate time, after the solenoid valve loses power. If it cannot be completed within one switching interval, the switching system can be paused and handled calmly.
