In the feeding device, the brake disc determines the relative brake surface of the output brake on the large yarn-storage roller; the brake disc tilts upward through an inclined component associated with the brake component, which engages with the brake surface to open the wedge-shaped gap for yarn feeding. The heavy-duty single yarn clamp inclined component is installed on the yarn-storage roller; the seamless machine table yarn feeder is accomplished by a piston rod that can move within the pressure chamber of the base. The pressure chamber is connected to the pressure source, and the outlet brake is provided with a yarn guide port; unless a major mechanical modification is made to the opening brake, it is difficult for the device to accurately guide the yarn from the output brake in reverse conditions.
In a known yarn feeder, a piston rod is installed on the surface of, or close to the surface of, a large yarn-storage roller; the piston rod directly acts on the brake belt of the brake component, or directly on the brake component, thereby lifting the brake belt in the locally defined region from the reverse-motion surface of the yarn-storage roller, and the custom textile machine 3-yarn clamp opens the crescent-shaped gap for yarn feeding. Due to limited space, in addition to the mechanical force and the difficulty of installing such equipment, the mechanical loads on the brake components and brake surfaces are both very large.
One objective of this product is to provide a cotton feeder as described above and a method for opening the output brake. It can quickly feed and withdraw any required yarn into and out of the output brake, always without problems.
