Oil Pump Filling Machine

The function of the oil pump filling machine: to deliver lubricating oil to all moving parts of the engine, lubricating these parts and reducing wear and damage.

The oil pump is installed on one side of the third main bearing in the crankcase, submerged in lubricating oil. After starting, the oil pump draws in lubricating oil; the oil inlet on the side of the oil pump is connected through the inlet management filter. The oil outlet at the upper part of the oil pump communicates with the upper oil passage of the crankshaft and the oil inlet of the coarse filter product. The pipe joint at the lower part of the oil pump is connected to the oil pipe and the fine filter. The oil pump housing is equipped with a driving shaft and a driven shaft. The driving gear at the lower end of the driving shaft is fixed with a half-round key and a wire ring; the stainless steel 2-way 2-position solenoid valve transmission shaft has a radial oil storage groove at the part contacting the pump housing. The upper part of the driving shaft is connected to the distributor driving shaft through a slot.

The driving gear is fixed on the distributor driving shaft; the driving gear meshes with the helical gear on the camshaft of the accessory mechanism to drive the oil pump. The driven shaft is press-fitted on the housing, and the driven gear is loosely fitted on the driven shaft. When the driven shaft rotates, it drives the driving gear to rotate; when the driving gear rotation drives the driven gear to rotate, the two gears rotate in opposite directions, and the volume of the oil inlet chamber increases due to the movement of the gear teeth in the meshing direction, generating a certain vacuum suction in the chamber.

In the excavator oil pump assembly, the oil pump draws oil from the inlet and fills the inlet chamber. When the gears rotate, the compressed air filter carries the oil stored between the gear teeth into the outlet chamber. Due to the gear meshing on the outlet chamber side, the volume of the outlet chamber decreases. When the oil pressure rises, the oil is pressed out through the outlet and enters the friction surfaces of each moving part through the oil passage.
