4V200 Series Solenoid Valve

Usually, the solenoid valve uses a two-wire connection. Many customers, when they receive it, fail to connect the wires. What to do? First, remove the junction box cover and open the box. Inside there are terminals marked +++; the + is positive and the - is negative; connect following this orientation and it will be correct.

Some users use a three-wire 3-position 5-port normally open solenoid valve. How is it connected? Explanation: The power supply uses red and black wires as the power leads, and the ground wire is connected to the valve body shell to prevent leakage and provide protection. The plug-in junction box has three terminals; the parallel terminals are indistinguishable, and the remaining end is the ground wire.

The 4V200 series solenoid valve has open, closed, half-open, and half-open states, and can control the flow of the medium in the pipeline, but the solenoid valve cannot meet the above conditions. The solenoid valve usually retains memory after power failure. The 4V310-08, 4V310-10, and 4V320-10 are 5-port 2-position valves; the 4V330-08 corresponds to 4V330 E-08, 4V330P-08, 430P-08, 4, liquid gas, etc.

The working pressure differential is 0.15–0.8 MPa. The 4V300 type solenoid valve can be integrated with the base to save installation space. In addition, this product requires only one solenoid valve and one valve outlet to enable multiple cylinders to extend/retract and rotate simultaneously; only one stainless steel 2-way 2-position solenoid valve is needed. So how does the solenoid valve control the cylinder? Simple cylinder control can be achieved with relay circuits; more complex control cannot be handled by relays alone. Besides these, there is also a pneumatic pressure regulating valve.
