The 3V200 series solenoid valve is a relatively stable product. It adopts CMOS technology, with an output current of 200 mA and a permissible input voltage of 30 V. Several constant output voltages ranging from 2.1 V to 12.0 V are available. CMOS technology gives it low operating voltage and small quiescent current. Although designed to keep the regulator stable, its voltage and current can also be changed via external components.
High-pressure solenoid valves on the market today come in many different series types, such as the 3V100 series, 200 series, 4V100 series, normally closed 2-way 2-position solenoid valves, and many other series. We can generally classify them into different series categories, such as:
General Series: This product can be used with non-corrosive liquid and gas media compatible with the valve material. The valve is available in 2-port or 3-port configurations. Pipe diameters range from 1/8" to 2". Different elastomer sealing materials and certification data can be selected as required.
Isolation Series: This series isolates the controlled fluid or gas from the internal components of the self-cleaning filter. This requirement often arises in applications requiring high-purity media or medical devices. The valve has 2 or 3 ports. The valve body can be made of high-tech polymer material or 316 stainless steel, combined with fluororubber, ethylene, PTFE, etc.
Pinch Valve: This valve is specially designed for silicone tubing. It allows fluid to flow by clamping or releasing the tube. They are often used in medical devices. The valve has 2 or 3 ports.
Miniature Valve: This valve features a compact structure, suitable for small equipment. There are two models, made of copper or nickel-plated alloy connected by M5 screws.
