The 3V100 series solenoid valve offers three practical modes: fail-in-place, output on, or output off. All input and output selections can be easily configured with a single jumper plug. Other adjustments include non-interactive zero point and interval adjustment, facilitating on-site calibration.
This stainless steel 2-way 2-position solenoid valve includes a red LED indicator (output on), a green LED indicator (output off), an onboard fuse, and two removable screw terminals (for easy maintenance). The Snaptrack is equipped with SVC-100 (117 VAC), SVC-100B (234 VAC), and SVC-100D (24 VAC). SVC-100A (117 VAC), SVC-100C (234 VAC), and SVC-1000E (24 VAC) come with brackets for direct mounting on a base plate or bracket; each unit is provided with a heat-insulating plate.
Pilot type: internal or external pilot, sliding structure, good sealing performance, fast response; the double-solenoid type features memory function, specially machined internal bores, low friction resistance, low starting pressure, long service life, and requires no lubrication or oiling.
Usage: 1. Before using the 3V series solenoid valve, carefully inspect each component for damage during transportation, then proceed with assembly and use.
2. During installation, pay attention to the flow direction of the air and the thread type of the fittings. The medium used must be filtered through a 40-micron filter cartridge.
3. Before installation, please follow the technical specifications such as "voltage", "actuation frequency", "working pressure", and "operating temperature", and install accordingly.
4. For the normally closed 2-way 2-position solenoid valve, pay attention to the air flow direction during installation: P is the inlet port, A (B) is the working port, R is the exhaust port (S).
5. Avoid use in environments with vibration, and take appropriate anti-freezing measures at low temperatures.
6. When connecting pipes, ensure the sealing tape does not extend beyond the pipe end, and clean dust, iron filings, and other debris from inside the pipes to prevent impurities from entering the valve.
