OL Lubricator

Usage precautions:

1. When selecting grease, choose one that has minimal effect on deformation, hardening, or softening of elastic materials.

2. Install the lubricator between the air filter and the pressure regulating valve; the exhaust direction must not be reversed, lest the oil-mist function be lost. The unit must not be tilted, lest oil adhere to the drain device and make the liquid invisible.

3. The lubricator must be refilled with oil promptly to ensure the oil level stays between the upper and lower limits set by the lubricator. When refilling, the air inlet valve must be closed and the lubricator filter must reduce the pipeline pressure to 0 MPa, depending on operating the filter or directional valve (the pressure of the triplex unit's pressure regulating valve is __ MPa).

Before draining oil, use a strap wrench (chain wrench, but it easily damages the lubricator's oil sight) to unscrew the oil sight, add grease, then tighten. Note: the standard oil amount for the oil sight and oil nozzle on the lubricator.

4. The self-cleaning filter's adjustable pressure reducing valve (turn clockwise to reduce oil leakage, counterclockwise to increase) should keep the oil leakage rate within 7–12 drops/min; note that adjustment of oil leakage must be done under air-path conditions. Adjust manually; never use a cutting tool.

5. Regularly maintain the metal housing of the lubricator's oil sight; check the oil sight and sight glass for cracks or contamination.
