Pneumatics uses compressed air as the power source; the compressed air filter enables it to extend and rotate in different production environments. When adopting a pneumatic transmission mechanism, the air power source must be connected to the actuator. In factories, there are usually many cylinders connected to the air source — these pneumatic finger cylinders, together with air compressors, grinders, air drills, impact wrenches, pneumatic screwdrivers, etc., are all driven by pneumatic pressure. Currently, commonly used triplex air filters, sprayers, and pressure reducing valves have complex structures, high cost, inconvenient use, and low air filtration efficiency.
A pneumatic double unit consists of an air-filter pressure reducing valve connected by a connecting group and a nozzle composed of a valve body and a valve cap, with a valve core installed in the valve body. The bottom of the air filter pressure reducing valve is fitted with a water bowl; the nozzle interior is fitted with a rotating vane, and the nozzle contains an oil cup and an oil-suction mechanism located in the oil cup. The nozzle has two oil nozzles respectively connecting the oil cup and the outlet. A filter cartridge is further provided inside the valve. An adjusting handwheel is provided at the top of the valve cap, and an adjustable adjusting screw is mounted below the handwheel.
