AL Lubricator

The lubricator mechanism works as follows: the compressed gas at the inlet enters the valve seat through a small hole under the nozzle, creating different pressure differences on the upper and lower surfaces. Due to oil leakage and the spring, the steel ball stays in the middle; the compressed air enters the upper chamber of the oil cup to form a high-pressure lubricator, applying pressure to the oil layer. The oil suction pipe then discharges the check valve's iron ball; there is a square small hole at the upper end of the steel ball so the steel ball cannot block the upper pipe. The pressure oil is discharged from the nozzle through the upper small hole and then out through the exhaust pipe. The throttle valve can adjust the oil amount, keeping the number of oil drops between 0 and 120.

1. Flow characteristic: Describes the variation of the inlet/outlet pressure drop with intake pressure.

2. Atomized oil: When the oil level in the tank is in normal working condition and the injector's intake pressure is at the specified value, the oil injection flow is 5 drops per minute (throttle fully open).

3. When it is found that the inlet and outlet directions of the spray device must not be reversed, note: before installation, clean off oil stains, dust, and other debris; do not mix in residues of sealing material.

4. Maintenance of the air filter pressure reducing valve: The lubricator does not need to be set too high, which allows better maintenance.

5. Installation position of the triplex lubricator: A nozzle is installed behind the filter and the pressure regulating valve; it prevents water from flowing into the bowl, emulsifies the oil, and introduces the oil into the throttle hole of the pressure reducing valve.
