The lubricator is a dedicated oil-injection device that injects lubricating oil from the nozzle into the air stream, which is then delivered by high-pressure air to the parts that need lubrication. However, because most products are now oil-free, the use of the triplet unit nozzle has declined, and the triplet unit has been split into
The lubricator-filter: compressed gas enters the valve seat through a small hole under the nozzle at the inlet, creating different pressure differences between the upper and lower surfaces. Due to oil leakage and the spring, the steel ball stays in the middle; compressed air enters the upper chamber of the oil cup, applying pressure to the oil layer, and the suction pipe discharges the iron ball of the check valve. There is a square small hole at the top of the steel ball so that it cannot block the upper pipe; the pressure oil is discharged from the nozzle through the upper hole and then exits through the exhaust pipe. The throttle valve adjusts the oil amount, keeping the number of oil drops between 0 and 120.
Main characteristics of the atomizer and issues to note: the change in pressure drop across the atomizer inlet and outlet during atomization.
The oil level in the oil tank is in normal working condition; the nozzle inlet pressure is at the specified value, and the number of oil drops is 5 per minute (with the throttle fully open).
Note on the issue that the nozzle's inlet and exhaust directions must not be reversed: thoroughly clean the inside of the pipeline before installation, and do not mix in any residual sealing material.
Lubricator maintenance: the sprayer does not need to be set too high, so as to facilitate better maintenance and care.
Installation position of the triplet injector: the injector is located behind the air compressor; the hydraulic one-way solenoid valve effectively prevents water from flowing out of the cup and introduces oil into the throttle hole of the pressure reducing valve.
