Selection of Pressure Reducing Valve:
1. Select the nominal diameter according to the application requirements, then choose the "O"-ring according to the pipe inner diameter, and determine the model based on the selected spring length.
2. When the SMG air source pressure reducing valve handles steam, air, or other non-corrosive gases, the "O"-ring used is usually made of copper or steel; if the medium is a liquid such as water or oil, an "O"-ring made of copper or aluminum alloy may be used.
3. When selecting, pay special attention to safety protection—for example, the pressure gauge should be placed where it is easy to observe, and its safety devices should be checked regularly to ensure they are normal and effective.
4. In working environments of 200°C or higher, use a pilot-operated pneumatic-hydraulic booster valve.
5. If both a pressure regulating valve and a pressure stabilizing valve are installed in one outlet pipeline, the regulating valve knob must be adjusted beyond 90 degrees (to avoid affecting adjustment accuracy), and a shut-off ball valve should be installed on the output pipeline to protect the system.
6. The customized air source filter regulator is designed to ensure normal system operation and avoid instrument display faults; the system has no back-pressure adjustment device and instead uses the regulator itself as the control actuator (this structure has been phased out).
