Clogging of the air filter increases the energy consumption of the air compressor, wastes electricity, and raises dust levels, which in turn affects the service life of the compressor oil and can also cause the oil separator to become clogged. Many people confuse the air filter with the air-conditioning filter, but their functions are actually different. A fully automatic filter air conditioner draws outside air into the car, while the air filter removes the gas that is to be burned in the engine.

1. The filter element is an important component of the filter and is prone to damage, requiring regular maintenance.

2. With long-term use, impurities accumulate inside the filter element, causing pressure to rise and flow to drop; it should then be cleaned.

3. Take care when cleaning; otherwise the filter element may deform or rupture.

High-quality air filter elements are made of ultra-fine synthetic resin paper, which filters impurities effectively and absorbs dirt well. Their strong dust-holding capacity ensures filtration performance and extends equipment service life. The filter paper is about 10 μm in diameter and typically needs cleaning every 1,000 hours, using low-pressure gas to blow dust out from the inside. If a clogged self-cleaning filter appears on the screen, it indicates that cleaning or replacement is required.
