Installation and operation:

1. When the working load of the small finger cylinder changes, a cylinder with larger output power should be selected;

2. In high-temperature and corrosive environments, a corresponding high-temperature and corrosion-resistant cylinder should be selected;

3. In high humidity, high dust, or where there are water droplets, oil dust, or welding slag, protective measures must be taken when using the cylinder;

4. Before inserting the cylinder into the pipeline, the dirt in the pipeline should be cleaned to avoid dirt flowing into the cylinder;

5. The medium used by the cylinder must pass through a filter element finer than 40 microns before use;

6. Under low-temperature conditions, effective anti-freezing measures must be taken to prevent water in the system from freezing;

7. Before using the cylinder, a no-load test should be performed first; before running, adjust the shock absorber to low, then gradually release it to avoid excessive impact on the cylinder;

8. The mini rotary cylinder should avoid lateral loading to prevent the piston rod from bending and deforming and damaging the rod-end thread;

9. After the cylinder is removed and left unused for a long time, pay attention to surface rust prevention; the inlet and exhaust ports should have dust caps. Special note: the front and rear covers must not be disassembled. When returning, a single action type cannot be loaded;
