As a very common mechanical accessory, a solenoid valve plays an important role in many devices, and different solenoid valves have completely different effects and problems. Therefore, many users have different questions when facing different solenoid valve problems. This issue focuses on what common faults occur in one-way solenoid valves and how to solve them, to relieve everyone's worries as much as possible.
1. After power output control, the moving core of the solenoid valve does not attract
Causes: (1) unconnected coil, (2) poor power connection or loose terminal, (3) supply voltage high or low, (4) short circuit in the winding
Methods: (1) use a test pen or multimeter to check the current on the coil terminal box, (2) open the coil box and tighten the wire terminal screws, (3) adjust the power supply and control system or add a voltage stabilizing device, (4) if a shift solenoid valve is used, its own gear is not engaged.
2. After power is on, the moving core of the stove one-way solenoid valve attracts, but the solenoid valve does not open
Causes: (1) the liquid is outside the operating pressure or pressure difference, (2) impurities block or obstruct the moving core and the solenoid valve manifold
Methods: (1) reduce the liquid delivery pressure or lower the hydraulic lifting device before the solenoid valve, (2) remove the solenoid valve for cleaning and install a filter in front of the valve, (3) replace with a new solenoid valve
3. Excessive noise when energized
Causes: (1) the screw cap on the top of the coil is loose, (2) voltage fluctuation exceeding the allowable tolerance, (3) liquid surface pressure or pressure difference exceeding the allowable value, (4) impurities in the isolation tube or on the adsorption surface of the moving iron core
Methods: (1) tighten the nut of the water-use normally open solenoid valve or install a soft pad under it, (2) adjust the supply voltage or increase the voltage stabilizing device, (3) reduce the liquid discharge pressure before the solenoid valve or raise the pressure reducing device, (4) clean the isolation tube and the power iron core
4. Coil temperature too high
Causes: (1) voltage high or low, (2) excessive liquid or ambient temperature, (3) long-time load or power supply use
Methods: (1) adjust the supply voltage or increase the voltage stabilizing device, (2) if the temperature does not exceed the standard, it is a normal phenomenon, (3) choose an economizer component, or use the normally open state under working conditions
5. After the power is cut off, the solenoid valve cannot close or the closing does not seal the gas
Causes: (1) the viscosity of the solar one-way solenoid valve is too high and exceeds the standard, (2) impurities block and stick in the moving core and the valve, (3) the valve core seal is damaged by hard debris scratches, (4) the return spring is deformed or aged, (5) the valve seat is scratched or damaged by a hard object, (6) the sealing gasket falls off, is defective, deformed, or damaged, (7) the valve core is damaged and its service life has expired
Methods: (1) order a solenoid to suit high viscosity, (2) remove the solenoid valve, clean the internal parts, and install a filter element in front of the valve, (3) remove impurities, grind the convex surface, and replace the sealing or valve core parts, (4) correct and stretch the spring or improve the torsion spring
