A 2-way 2-position valve is a member of the 2-position series. In fact, there are still many models of this type of solenoid valve, and different numbers of ports have very different effects. When choosing, everyone should also purchase according to their own needs, but this makes many players not understand the differences. Of course, these differences are not in matters such as 2-way 2-position solenoid valve models. This issue mainly talks about the differences between it and a three-way valve.
1. Physical appearance
The installation methods and actual shapes of a 2-way valve and a 3-way valve are as follows. The threaded area of the 2-way valve is connected to the thin pipe (liquid pipe) in the pipeline, and the copper pipe of the peripheral equipment is connected to the capillary outlet; the threaded connection of the 3-way valve connects the thick pipe (pipeline) in the pipeline and is connected to the copper pipeline of the four-way valve.
This air-use 2-way 2-position solenoid valve consists of one position adjustment port and two mutually perpendicular pipes. In addition to the 2-way valve, the 3-way valve is also provided with a service hole for air-conditioning equipment maintenance.
2. Valve core
The positioning adjustment port of a three-way gate valve is composed of a valve hole, a valve core, a stop torsion spring, and a plug cover. The most important is the valve core, which, from left to right, is the cone, thread, sealing ring, and positioning adjustment port.
The sealing ring of the gate valve must be centered on the sealing ring. After long-term use or valve core adjustment, the sealing ring may fail. If it is not tightened, the chloride inside the sealing ring will leak, causing chloride leakage. Therefore, whether or not it is leaking water, the 2-way valve and 3-way valve covers must be tightened.
By disassembling the clamping cover of the 2-way valve and the 3-way valve, a positioning adjustment hole can be seen. It is controlled from six inner directions, and the 2-way valve and 3-way valve are adjusted by rotating the adjustment valve seat position.
For a 3-position 5-way normally open solenoid valve, turn the valve core clockwise, and the valve core cone and the valve hole base close, and the place where the inner wire of the indoor and outdoor units connects with the indoor and outdoor unit coupler breaks; turn counterclockwise, and the valve core moves outward, the valve core cone and the valve hole seat open, and the inner cylinder of the indoor unit communicates with the indoor and outdoor unit coupler.
3. Service hole of the three-way valve
The service port of a three-way pneumatic control valve is mainly composed of an imperial interface, a valve core, and a service port plug. The role of the gate valve is to block the service port during normal operation and connect the service port with the refrigeration unit during air-conditioning maintenance. During air-conditioning repair, the thimble of the fluorine pipe is used to push the thimble of the valve core upward and connect with the connecting pipeline (thick pipe) of the indoor and outdoor units, and the pressure gauge of the fluorine-containing pipeline is used to indicate the system pressure; after the service is completed, remove the hydrogen fluoride pipeline, sink the thimble of the valve core, close the service port, and disconnect the refrigeration unit.
