A. The role of the three factors of the air source triplet

1. Air filter: used to purify the gas source, which can filter the moisture in the compressed air and avoid the moisture from entering with the airflow.

2. Pressure reducing valve: By stabilizing the pressure of the gas, the source of the gas does not change, thus reducing the damage to the valve body, actuator and other hardware.

3. Oil injector: Lubricates the moving parts of the body, and can lubricate the parts that cannot be lubricated, thus greatly extending the service life of the body.

II. Instructions for use.

1. The filter system has two types of drainage: one is automatic differential pressure drainage, and the other is manual drainage. When manually draining, it should be excluded before below the level.

2. Customized air source filtration pressure reducing valve pressure adjustment: first open the handle of the pressure relief valve, adjust it to the right side, then adjust it to the left side, then press it down and let it stay still. During the adjustment, gradually adjust to the desired pressure as the pressure changes and observe whether the pressure gauge reading is stable.

3. The fuel injection system uses 32# turbocharged oil, which cannot be greater than 80%. Adjust it by the black knob at the top of the glass, 0-9,0 for the oil volume, 9 for the oil volume, and rotate it in the direction of 0-9, not 9-0.

Third, maintenance.

1. Regularly clean the air filter pressure reducing valve and water tank.

2. When the adjustment pressure is not suitable, check the spring, spool and balance spring of the adjustment device.

3. When the overflow device overflows a large amount of gas, the isolation parts and valve stem should be checked for damage.

4. Clean regularly, use soapy water or clear water, do not use acetone, toluene and other organic solvents to clean plastic products such as glass, sight glass and oil window.

5. During assembly, apply suitable butter or lubricant to the slider and O-ring.
