The rodless cylinder is the same as the general cylinder in terms of function and use, but the accessories needed to match and the related links are different and the corresponding sealing forms are different.

The rodless cylinder is hollow on both sides and the permanent magnet on the piston rod can drive another magnet (movable part) on the piston rod, which is very demanding to clean, while the rodless cylinder with magnetic coupling requires gasoline to clean.

Rodless cylinder has a cylinder without a piston rod, it is installed in a guide, an external load and a piston connected, a movement relying on inhalation, this and smc thin cylinder is somewhat similar.

Because of its high speed and high load, the inner and outer rings are easily detached, so it is less applied, therefore, the size of its load mass should be found from its characteristic curve of mass and speed. So, it is more mechanical.
