Medical oxygen concentrators use a micro air compressor to separate oxygen and nitrogen from the air through a solenoid valve device, filtering out impurities in the air, thereby meeting medical oxygen requirements. Because molecular sieve products from different manufacturers have different performance, the conversion cycle for intake and exhaust N2 varies. Existing medical oxygen concentrators all use motor switching valves, with intake and exhaust methods.
The conversion cycle of outlet N2 is fixed; when the motor switching valve opens, the flow gradually increases; the compressor normally-open solenoid valve, when closed, has its flow gradually decreasing from large, a very slow process. The motor switching valve's opening is small, which has a great impact on oxygen concentration and its stability. Since the motor switching valve's on/off cycle cannot be adjusted, the output on/off time cannot be determined according to different product properties.
The utility model is a solenoid valve for plateau oxygen-generating machinery, characterized in that it has a coil bobbin and a valve seat; a limiting device is provided at the bottom of the valve seat, an air inlet is provided on the right side of the valve seat, an exhaust port is provided on the left side of the valve seat, a buffer port is provided on the top of the valve seat, and the right side of the bottom of the buffer port of the piston-type normally-open solenoid valve is connected to the air inlet.
