In order to make the spinning yarn as effective as it needs to be in many production processes, such as inserting the weft yarn into an efficient weaving machine, as in today's shuttleless looms, or feeding a set of yarns into a warping machine, or in other processes. In all these processes, the way the yarn is drawn often results in a significant change in the tension of the yarn. A particular example is on a shuttleless weaving machine where the weft yarn of the weaving machine bearing is introduced at a very high and very variable speed, thus creating a peak tension inside the yarn which causes the yarn to break.

We know of several machines that control the braking of the yarn according to its tension, so that it can be kept at a very high distance and without sharp changes. Such machines are equipped with brakes that respond mechanically to the tension in the yarn, thus reducing the tension of the brakes acting on the yarn and vice versa. Automatic control of the brake can be achieved by adjusting the value of yarn tension.

This type of machine equipment usually has a slow response time when a change in tension is detected, although this drawback of the customized triple yarn clamp for textile machines arises because the yarn tension is detected and easily moved by a mechanical part that is then adjusted by the yarn when the yarn tension changes. Despite their low weight, such machine parts are still inertial and elastic, so that they can interact dynamically with the yarn in the case of a sharp change in yarn tension, resulting in a conversion of kinetic and elastic forces. This dynamic change slows down the response and also reduces the effectiveness of these devices to control the brakes and also the yarn tension.

In addition, the dynamic interaction of the machine components with the yarn can have a destabilizing effect on the existing yarn state, especially in the case of rapid tension changes, which are continuously generated by the dynamic interaction of the yarn with the machine components. These double yarn clamps with higher wholesale prices, in addition to their slower response to tension changes, cannot be completely passive when the yarn is detected and always have to change its tension to some extent, thus affecting the effect of brake regulation. In addition, this kind of apparatus cannot determine the tension and value of the yarn, but can only achieve the control of the yarn brake by monitoring the relative change of the yarn tension.
