The failure of the one-way solenoid valve and troubleshooting methods
1、Operating resistance is low
The reasons are: short circuit of soot, broken bags, the main fan pressure test equipment, or the ammeter is out of order.
Clean-up method: At this time, you can see the concentration of excretion rise, you must weld to overhaul, check and replace the filter, and replace or repair the fan ammeter.
2、Large operating resistance
Causes include: paste bag solidification, pulse valve failure or damage, compressed air pressure is too low, the seal of the deep dive pulse valve is loose, one or several lifting valve is in the closed state.
Elimination methods: blocking ventilation, improve the flue temperature, improve ventilation, one-way solenoid valve supply pipeline needs to do a good job dust collector and pipeline insulation; repair or replace the water pulse valve; check the gas pipeline and air compressor; check the lifting valve and ash remover.
3、Impulse valve failure in water
The reasons are: power supply or dust collector has problems; there are debris in the pulsation valve and often gas leakage; the solenoid valve coil connected directly is burned out; the air pressure is too low.
Clean-up methods: repair or repair the dust machine, pay attention to close the pulsation valve; replace the pulsation coil; check the gas system and the gas compressor.
4、Filter repair or replacement: The filter is usually damaged gradually during its service life, mainly because of soot damage and deterioration of the filter material caused by high temperature and high humidity. If there is a broken filter bag, it can not be used, otherwise it will affect the efficiency of dust removal, cylinder five-position one-way solenoid valve after the replacement of the filter bag, according to the adjustment of the fourth, increase the resistance of the old and new filter bags.
5, lifting valve failure
The reasons are: power supply or ash removal device has problems; ultra-high pressure one-way solenoid valve cylinder is damaged or stuck; cylinder solenoid valve coil burned out; cylinder solenoid valve is dirty, blocked exhaust hole or spool dry, can not move; compressed air pressure is too low.
Cleaning methods: repair the power supply or maintain the dust removal rack; double check, clean and repair the cylinder; replace the coil of the solenoid type reversing valve; inspection of the gas piping system and the compressor.
