The function of the oil pump dispenser: to deliver lubricating oil to all moving parts of the engine in order to lubricate these parts and reduce wear and damage.

The oil pump is mounted on the side of the third main bearing in the crankcase and is submerged in the lubricating oil. The oil pump draws in the lubricating oil after starting, and the oil inlet on the side of the oil pump is connected through the oil inlet management filter. The oil pump upper oil outlet is connected to the oil channel on the crankshaft and the oil inlet of the coarse filter product. The pipe joint in the lower part of the oil pump is connected to the oil pipe and the fine filter. The oil pump housing is equipped with the active shaft and the driven shaft. The active gear at the lower end of the main shaft is fixed with a semicircular key and a steel wire ring, and the stainless steel two-position two-way solenoid valve drive shaft has a radial oil reservoir in contact with the pump casing. The upper part of the drive shaft is connected to the distributor drive shaft through the cutting groove.

The main gear is fixed on the distributor active shaft, the main gear engages with the helical gear on the camshaft of the attachment mechanism to drive the oil pump, the driven shaft is press-fitted to the housing, and the driven gear is loosely set on the driven shaft. When the driven shaft rotates, it drives the active gear to rotate, and the active gear rotates to drive the driven when the gear rotates, the two gears rotate in opposite directions, and the volume of the oil inlet cavity increases due to the movement of the gear teeth in the meshing direction, and a certain vacuum suction is generated in the cavity.

The oil pump in the oil pump assembly of the roadheader draws in from the oil inlet and fills the oil inlet cavity. As the gears rotate, the compressed air filter carries the oil stored between the hydrogen teeth into the oil outlet chamber. As the gears on one side of the oil discharge chamber engage, the volume of the oil discharge chamber decreases. When the oil pressure rises, the oil is pressed out through the oil outlet and enters the friction surface of each moving part through the oil channel.
