4V300 series solenoid valve in the product has a sealed cavity inside, there is a through hole in various parts, these through holes are leading to different oil paths, the center of the cavity is a valve, there is a solenoid on each side, when the magnet of the magnet and the valve body contact, the valve body will be attracted by the magnet, through the movement of the valve body to stop or leakage. Therefore, the ultra-high pressure one-way solenoid valve can realize the control of mechanical movement by controlling the on-off of the solenoid body.

Solenoid valve installation considerations are as follows.

1, according to the two-position two-way solenoid valve model in the installation to pay attention to the arrow on the body of the valve, to meet the flow direction of the medium. Do not place in the place of direct dripping or splashing water. Solenoid valve should be installed vertically.

2, solenoid valve must ensure that its operating frequency is between 15 ~ 10%.

3, after the installation of solenoid valve, there should not be a reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. Before the official operation, power should be added several times to adapt to the temperature.

4、Before installing the solenoid valve, the two-position two-way solenoid valve convergence must be thoroughly clean. The incoming medium must not have any impurities. Install the cartridge in the front of the valve.

5、When the 4v series solenoid valve fittings fail or clean, bypass equipment must be set to ensure the normal operation of the system.
