The 4V4A series manifold has the function of centralized air supply, centralized discharge and space saving. At least two independent through channels are set inside the manifold, and the inlet interval of both channels is larger than the respective outlet interval, and a variable outlet pipe is provided at the outlet of the channel, and the manifold at the outlet is equipped with a connector and pin hole parallel to the outlet pipe.

Pneumatic one-way solenoid valve in the design and application of complete sets of automation devices, usually using a single air source (such as air compressors), and multiple solenoid valves work at the same time, so a single air source must be dispersed to multiple solenoid valves, and the manifold can do this.

The inlet tract is supplied by the gas source, distributed through the solenoid valve manifold, and connected to pneumatic components within the equipment (e.g., pneumatic solenoid valves) via pneumatic hoses and air pressure fittings to allow a small amount of gas to be supplied to multiple pneumatic components.

Solenoid valves are divided into three types: tube type, plate type and tandem type. The bus bar is an essential component of the plate type solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is centrally installed on the busbar plate, and each suction hole is controlled by the solenoid coil. The plate type valve sheet is used to facilitate centralized installation and unified management, valve islands, etc.

Convergence plate processing technology.

1, surface treatment: there are generally sliding two-position two-way solenoid valve electroplating treatment, spray paint, baking paint, etc. . Among them, the oxidation method is to put the aluminum sheet into the corresponding electrolyte solution (such as sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, etc.), and electrolysis under certain conditions. After the anodic aluminum sheet is oxidized, a thin layer of aluminum oxide 5~20μ m thick is formed on its surface, while the hard anodic oxide film can reach 60~200μ m. After the anodic oxidation treatment, the melting point of the anodic oxide film can reach 2320 K, which has good insulating property and can reach a breakdown voltage of 2000 V, increasing the corrosion resistance.

2、Drilling and tapping: drilling and tapping is an important process for connecting plates, currently most manufacturers do it manually, but manual operation will inevitably result in holes and other problems, so it is very appropriate to use CNC to ensure the correct and smooth hole position, which can ensure the working life and safety of the valve.
