Installation precautions.

1, first check whether the normally closed one-way solenoid valve is consistent with the selection parameters, such as power supply voltage, medium pressure, differential pressure, etc., especially the power supply, if not correct will burn out the coil.

2, flush the pipeline before taking over, remove the metal powder and sealing material residues, rust, etc. in the pipeline. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium. If the medium is mixed with dirt, impurities, etc., to prevent the normal operation of the solenoid valve, a filter or screen should be installed in the pipeline.

3, angle seat valve is generally directional, can not be installed in reverse. Usually, the media flow direction is indicated by → on the valve body, the installation must be installed in the direction indicated by →.

However, it can be reversed in the vacuum line or under special circumstances.

4、The solenoid element of the angle seat valve should be installed vertically upward, vertically in the pipeline level with the ground. If space restrictions or working conditions require that it must be installed horizontally, it must be proposed when selecting and ordering. Otherwise, the one-way solenoid valve supply products may not work properly.

5, before and after the angle seat valve should be installed with a manual shut-off valve, and set up a bypass at the same time, in order to facilitate the maintenance of the solenoid valve in case of failure.

6, if the medium will cause water hammer, you should choose a solenoid valve with water hammer function or take appropriate preventive measures.

7, angle seat valve inlet side should be installed trap, the connection pipe should be inclined.

8, angle seat valve try not to energize for a long time, which is likely to reduce the service life of the coil, or even burn the coil. At the same time, normally open and normally closed solenoid valve can not be used interchangeably.
