395 Pressure Reducing Valve regulator

Selection of pressure reducing valve.

1、Select the rated diameter according to the use demand, then select the " o" coil according to the inner diameter of the pipe, and decide its model according to the length of the spring selected.

2、When the medium of smg gas source pressure reducing valve is water vapor, air or other non-corrosive gas, the "o" coil usually used is copper or steel; if the medium is liquid, such as water, oil, copper or aluminum alloy can be used to make the "o".

3, in the selection, pay special attention to safety protection, for example, the pressure gauge should be placed in an easily observable place, and regularly check whether its safety facilities are normal and effective.

4、In the working environment of 200℃ or higher, use pilot operated gas-liquid booster valve.

5、If a regulator and a pressure regulator valve are installed in one outlet pipeline, the knob of the regulator must be adjusted to more than 90 degrees (to avoid affecting the accuracy of the adjustment), and a cut-off ball valve should be set on the output pipeline, so as to protect the system.

6, custom gas source filtering pressure reducing valve is to ensure the normal operation of the system, to avoid the failure and malfunction of the instrument display, there is no back pressure adjustment device within the system, but the regulator itself as a control actuator (this structure has been eliminated).
